Our entire on site technical assistance is on offer at our shop
- Some technical assistance is in any case only possible at our shop. Such cases involve pc hardware, when it is not possible to determine the problem immediately.
- All technical assistance at our workshop is not subject to premium costs (call and transport costs)
- We recommend this type of technical assistance for non-urgent problems.

- Remote assistance (connected from our secure servers) to solve common computer problems.
- E-mail configuration and problem solving, windows settings, maintenance, and network problems (Lan).
- Antivirus, spam, worm and firewall checks.
- System updates, downloads and resetting.
