PRICES AND COSTS

We guarantee assistance between 3 and 6 hours after your call

° If agreed, we can come between 1 and 2 hours after your call
° Office hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm.
° All services out of office ours will be charged according to our 24 hour service

ON SITE  ASSISTANCE (at your home or office)

Call and visit (clients with contract) € 5,00
Call and visit (clients without contract) € 10,00

Support (clients with contract) € 35,00 / H
Support (clients without contract) € 45,00 / H

Emergency assistance (1/2 hours) (clients without contract) including call and visit. € 50,00 / H

24 hour / 7 days a week service (07: 30 pm – 08:00 Am)

On top of normal assistance on site (clients with contract) € 15,00 / H
On top of normal assistance on site (clients without contract) € 20,00 / H

ON CENTRE ASSISTANCE (at our workshop)

Technical support (clients with contract) € 30,00 / H
Technical support (clients without contract) € 35,00 / H

REMOTE ASSISTANCE (from our workshop)

CONTRACTS

Hourly annual contract to be agreed according to your needs.
Periodic contract to be agreed according to your needs € 380,00

** Each voucher is valid for one hour.
° After the first hour each voucher is valid for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
° If hardware needs to be substituted, this will be priced independently
° Office hours are from Monday to Friday from  08,30 am  to 07,30 pm.
° Assistance outside of office hours will be priced according to our 24 hour price list ".
