Assistance at our workshop
At our workshop we offer the same total assistance that we offer on site.

However, there are times that assistance has to be offered at our workshop. These include hardware problems that cannot be properly analysed on site.

Besides this, all work done at our workshop is cheaper, as there are no travel time or transport costs to consider.

We suggest this type of support for all non-urgent servicing.

Remote assistance
Thanks to ADSL and broadband connections we are able to offer you:

- Remote assistance (connected from our secure servers) to solve common computer problems.
- E-mail configuration and problem solving, windows settings, maintenance, and network problems (Lan).
- Antivirus, spam, worm and firewall checks.
- System updates, downloads and  resetting.
